We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, offering help in multiple languages. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and close to the train station. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.

We had a great stay at a hotel near Hakata station, just a short walk from the station. the staff was polite and attentive. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city.

The early check out time.

The hotel had a decent breakfast which was included in the price. The room also had a hot bath which was nice to relax. The hotel was located in a good area with some restaurants around. We were able to relax in a quiet environment.

The room was too small for two people, the bathroom was also small and the air conditioning was not working properly. The worst part was that we had to walk a long distance to get to the nearest station, which was inconvenient as we were on a romantic escape and had to carry our luggage.

The hotel offered a great romantic escape. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with whatever we needed. the location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many of the best restaurants and attractions. the room was well-appointed with luxurious amenities such as a comfortable bed and plush bedding. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.

The pillows in the room were a bit lumpy, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the internet connection was a bit slow and unreliable at times, which was frustrating.
